Diversify your strength and conditioning training by adding jiu jitsu to your practice. Jiu jitsu is a grappling-based martial art that focuses on using leverage to control another person and "submit" them with joint locks and choke holds. Because no striking is done, jiu jitsu can be practiced against a resisting opponent daily.
